It is the deployment and commercialization layer of the ecosystem, built to put validated systems directly into the hands of users, providers, employers, and community partners. If LIFEred Inc. is the research engine, ANNAlife is the working platform that engine powers: a marketing, education, workforce development, onboarding, certification, and entrepreneurship support system designed for the people most often left behind by generic programs, including youth, creators, newcomers, displaced workers, and first-time business founders.

WDCIB Inc. (Wealth Developer Canada Intel Brands) is the workforce intelligence, recruitment, and talent development organization within the ANNAlife ecosystem. Operating independently of LIFEred Inc. and ANNAlife Co., WDCIB is responsible for recruiting, developing, supporting, and retaining the people who power platform growth and delivery. Its role is to ensure workforce development evolves alongside platform development, creating a scalable foundation for long-term deployment and measurable community impact.


WDCIB leads the ANNA Academy of Coaching, Development and Training (ACDT), the organization’s internal workforce certification and development system. Through structured role-based training pathways, ACDT prepares employees, creators, managers, researchers, and technical specialists to operate within the ANNAlife ecosystem using consistent standards, methodologies, and performance expectations. The academy serves as the onboarding, certification, leadership development, and continuous improvement framework for the teams responsible for delivering platform outcomes.


In addition to workforce development, WDCIB conducts workforce trend analysis and opportunity prioritization to help determine which employment pathways, creator opportunities, certifications, skilled trades, entrepreneurial initiatives, and emerging industries receive focus during each deployment cycle.
