Current public status

In development

Forward-looking platform, deployment and commercialization items on this page are plans or targets. Representative prototype journeys are demonstrations drawn from anonymized historical research cases, not live user outcomes.

Initial deployment

Lethbridge first

The planned deployment begins in Lethbridge, expands to a second Alberta region, and then scales nationally as evidence and operating capacity support expansion.

Human control

The person decides

ANNAlife is designed to surface, explain and organize pathways. It does not make employer, school, lender, benefit or government-program decisions for the organizations responsible for them.

Product experience · in development

The software walkthrough is being rebuilt around the user experience.

The next product presentation will show ANNAlife screen by screen on a mobile-first interface. It will focus on what the person sees, what value the platform is intended to provide, where human oversight applies, and which capabilities are planned versus available.

What ANNAlife is designed to support

Clarity

Understand the situation

Help a person make sense of the economic, learning or workforce issue they are trying to solve without presenting the platform as the final decision-maker.

Discovery

See relevant possibilities

Surface learning, employment, creator, business and other opportunity categories that may be worth exploring.

Learning

Build confidence before action

Use plain-language education and media to help people understand why an option may matter before they choose what to do.

Control

Keep the person in charge

ANNAlife is designed to support navigation and preparation while the person and the responsible provider retain their own decisions.

Innovations · public methodology overview

One methodology family, described at purpose level.

This public summary intentionally explains what each component is for without publishing internal operating sequences, scoring weights, formulas or system diagrams.

Methodology family

ANNA

ANNA (Artificial Necessary Nutritional Algorithms) is the methodology family used to organize ANNAlife research and product development around useful, human-centred outcomes.

Opportunity gaps

LUCKYIFYOU

LUCKYIFYOU (Lifestyle Uncertainties Keeping You In Fear, You're Overlooked or Undervalued) identifies gaps between current conditions and potential opportunities so a person can better understand what may be holding progress back.

Life-state context

SPILL IDEAS

SPILL IDEAS (Sequential Powers Impacting Living Life) captures Income, Domestic, Expenses, Assets and Stability so relevant context is not reduced to a single problem or data point.

Traceability

FACE

FACE (Forensic Archives of Calculations and Experiments) records activity for traceability so research and platform decisions can be reviewed and improved over time.

Structured data

D.A.V.I.D.

D.A.V.I.D. (Data, Analytics, Value, Integration, Delivery) manages structured data intake and transformation so information can be organized consistently for later use.

Routing

A.A.R.O.N.

A.A.R.O.N. (Algorithmic, Adaptive, Response, Operations, Network) manages routing logic and adaptive behaviour so relevant options can be organized around changing user circumstances.

Engagement

P.A.M.E.L.A.

P.A.M.E.L.A. (Personalized, Adaptive, Management, Engagement, Learning, Assistance) manages user interaction and engagement pathways so learning and support can be presented in a more useful way.

Governance

S.A.M.A.N.T.H.A.

S.A.M.A.N.T.H.A. (Strategic, Artificial, Methodologies, Assurance, Network, Technology, Human Alignment) manages governance, compliance and human oversight so automated support remains bounded by responsible review.

Planned commercial model

Value must be created for the user before value is created for the platform.

ANNAlife creates value for the person first. Individuals control what they share. Any insight offered to employers, training providers or institutions will be consent-based, or aggregated and de-identified, and will comply with Canadian privacy law. Employers and providers will be able to reach people who choose to be introduced; they will not receive personal data without consent. Routing is determined by fit and eligibility, and commercial relationships do not change what the system recommends.

Planned principle

User value first

The planned model starts with useful education, navigation and opportunity discovery for the person rather than treating personal information as the product.

Planned introductions

Consent before connection

Employers, training providers and institutions may be able to reach people who choose to be introduced; personal information is not provided without consent.

Planned insight

Aggregated where appropriate

Where broader insight is developed, the public model is based on consent or aggregated and de-identified information, subject to applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

Commercial boundary

Payment does not buy routing

Commercial relationships are not intended to change what the system recommends; routing remains based on fit, eligibility and the person's circumstances.

IP strategy · in development

Protect what should be protected. Keep confidential what should remain confidential.

LIFEred Inc. develops and owns the ANNAlife research methods, software, educational content and brands. These are currently held as confidential methods and unregistered copyright under access controls. No patents, trademark registrations or copyright registrations are claimed at this time. LIFEred is formalizing an intellectual property strategy with qualified IP professionals to determine which assets are protected by registration, which are kept confidential and which are licensed.

Current position

Access-controlled development

Public pages describe purpose and user value while internal asset inventories, ownership work, agreements and implementation detail remain outside the public site.

Strategy work

Formal protection review

The IP strategy is being formalized with qualified professionals to determine the appropriate mix of registration, confidentiality and licensing.

Public claim boundary

No registration overclaims

ANNAlife does not publicly claim patents, registered trademarks or registered copyrights that have not been obtained.

Content creation · in development

Build an audience by making useful information worth watching.

ANNAlife is developing evidence-backed educational media designed to help people understand changing economic, employment, learning, creator and business opportunities without changing the evidence to make a stronger story.

Editorial standard

Evidence before entertainment

Public content is intended to translate verified source material into clear, beginner-friendly education while preserving factual and claim boundaries.

Audience development

Build trust directly

ANNAlife is building its own audience so future learning, software and provider experiences can be tested with people who understand the brand and its purpose.

Creator pathway

Planned creator support

Creator education, production support and future platform tools are planned commercialization surfaces and remain in development.

Product connection

Media becomes a learning surface

Educational media is intended to connect future users with understandable next-step options while keeping final choices with the person.

R&D · planned deployment

Recovery19 is LIFEred Inc.'s deployment initiative for ANNAlife.

The Recovery19 Project is LIFEred Inc.'s deployment initiative for ANNAlife. Recruitment to deployment runs from months 6 to 18. The initial focus is 18 to 34 year olds facing underemployment, cost-of-living pressure, AI-driven job change and credential confusion, studied as four cohorts per rotation. The plan targets a recognized Canadian position in youth employment navigation by year three, and extends the same infrastructure to later-career and retirement-transition users by year five. Deployment begins in Lethbridge and expands to a second Alberta region, then nationally.

Initial audience

18–34 first

The planned first cohorts focus on people facing underemployment, cost-of-living pressure, AI-driven job change and credential confusion.

Research structure

Four cohorts per rotation

The cohort structure is a research and deployment plan used to study different user circumstances without presenting planned outcomes as completed results.

Geographic plan

Lethbridge → Alberta → Canada

Deployment is planned to begin in Lethbridge, extend to a second Alberta region, and then expand nationally as the model is validated and resourced.

Longer horizon

Broader life stages

The year-five plan extends the same infrastructure toward later-career and retirement-transition users.

These are forward-looking deployment plans and targets. They are not guarantees of user, employment, funding or program outcomes.

Relocation economics · launching in 2027

Some opportunities are closer when the map gets bigger.

There is work this country needs done in places people have not considered moving to. Relocation economics is how ANNAlife calculates what a move would actually mean for a person: what it would teach them, how reachable the role is, and the cost of staying where they are. It connects people to opportunities they did not know were open to them.

Purpose

Make geography visible

The planned feature is intended to help people consider opportunities outside the places they already know without publishing the internal calculation model.

User value

Compare the real-life trade-off

The public product experience will explain the purpose of relocation economics while detailed variables, formulas, weights and data sources remain confidential.

Status

Planned for 2027

This capability is forward-looking and remains in development.

What's next · planned

Build locally, validate carefully, expand when the evidence supports it.

Stage 01 · Initial deployment

Lethbridge and a second Alberta region

Recovery19 begins with planned deployment in Lethbridge, followed by a second Alberta region as staffing, evidence and operating readiness support expansion.

Stage 02 · Year-three target

Canadian youth employment navigation

The plan targets a recognized Canadian position in youth employment navigation by year three, with growth based on demonstrated operating evidence rather than assumed outcomes.

Stage 03 · Year-five target

Later-career and retirement-transition users

The longer-term plan extends the same infrastructure to people navigating later-career change and retirement transition.
